Seidenmaier products are crafted by the trusted overseas partners we work closely with, then shipped directly to you. Because your order travels internationally to reach you, most orders arrive within about two weeks (typically 7-11 days). Occasionally a parcel takes a little longer.
Free U.S. shipping on every order, with no minimum. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs & duties
Because your order may ship from outside the United States, the carrier or U.S. Customs may assess import duties or fees on delivery. Any such fees are set by the carrier or customs, are the responsibility of the recipient, are separate from the price you pay us, and are not refundable by Seidenmaier.
Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no need to ship anything back. See our Refund Policy for full details.
