Because orders ship directly from our suppliers, we do not operate a returns warehouse.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, not-as-described, or non-delivered items: email support@seidenmaier.com within 14 days of delivery (a photo helps for damaged items) and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship anything back.
Change of mind or wrong option/size: because items ship internationally, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, email us first and we will help you choose. All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or not-as-described items.
Need to cancel? If your order has not yet shipped (typically within the first 1-2 business days), email support@seidenmaier.com and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but the damaged/defective/not-as-described guarantee above still applies.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
