How long does shipping take?
Your order ships directly to you from the trusted overseas partners we work closely with to make our products. Because it travels internationally, most orders arrive within about two weeks (typically 7-11 days). As soon as it ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
What sizes do you offer?
Each product page includes a fit guide. If you’re between sizes, reach out and we’ll help.
What’s your refund & return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. Because your order ships directly to your door, we don’t run a traditional returns warehouse, but we’ll always make it right if something is wrong.
Damaged, faulty, wrong, or not-as-described items, or an order that doesn’t arrive: email support@seidenmaier.com within 14 days of delivery (a quick photo helps for damaged items) and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You won’t need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong option: because items ship internationally, we generally can’t accept change-of-mind returns, so please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, email us first and we’ll help you choose.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet (usually within the first 1-2 business days), email support@seidenmaier.com and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped it can’t be cancelled, but our damaged/defective/not-as-described guarantee still applies.
