Refund policy

14-day guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, email support@seidenmaier.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund. You will not need to ship anything back.

Change of mind. Because items ship directly from the overseas partners we work closely with, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final except for damaged, defective, incorrect, not-as-described, or non-delivered items.

Cancellations. If your order hasn’t shipped yet (usually within the first 1–2 business days), email support@seidenmaier.com and we’ll cancel it for a full refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
